Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HiddenCBD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below, which complies with EU law:

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that for us to process your return for a missing item, we require a picture of the entire order with all items still unopened and within the bubble wrap, as received. This must all be done within 2 hours of the delivery of your order, NO EXECPTIONS!
  This is necessary for us to verify the contents of your order and ensure accurate processing of refunds or replacements!

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hiddencbd.ie
•  Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.
• Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Incorrect or False Names:

• Orders with incorrect names or false names that are returned may be issued a refund, excluding the shipping cost. It is essential to provide accurate information to facilitate the return process. 
• Orders where the items are not returned are not eligible for any sort of refund.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
• If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • E-liquids, CBD edibles, Carts & Disposable or any other consumable products.
  • Products that are damaged or not in their original condition or packaging.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers):

• As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
• If you withdraw, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
• Under European laws, products that have been visibly used and subsequently damaged or broken may not be eligible for return as faulty goods. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a fair and transparent return policy.

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• HiddenCBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accurate.
