  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

  •  Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Incorrect or False Names:

  • Orders with incorrect names or false names that are returned may be issued a refund, excluding the shipping cost. It is essential to provide accurate information to facilitate the return process. 
  • Orders where the items are not returned are not eligible for any sort of refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • E-liquids, CBD edibles, HHC Carts or any other consumable products.
    • Products that are damaged or not in their original condition.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers):

  • As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  • If you withdraw, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  • Under European laws, products that have been visibly used and subsequently damaged or broken may not be eligible for return as faulty goods. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a fair and transparent return policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • HiddenCBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accurate.
