Instructions:

- Place a tea bag in your favourite cup (approx. 250 ml)

- Pour boiling water (100 °C) onto the tea bag.

- Steep for a good 15 minutes. Don’t rush it to get all the herbal benefits.

- Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy!
